Quick Align System

Shipping to any location within the continental United States is free. Packages will be tracked for your benefit. Please give physical address location as post office boxes will not be used. If outside the continental United States, packages will be sent by customer pre-arranged agreement and at the customer's expense.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of Quick Align tools, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact Quick Align at contact@quick-align.com to receive a Satisfaction Claim Form and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same packaging for shipment. You will be responsible for return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund within 7 days.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Quick Align we are committed to providing quality products and services. If you believe any Quick Align product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact Quick Align for assistance. We guarantee to do one of the following:

• Replace or repair all defective parts, or,
• Repair a defective system, or,
• Replace system with a new or reconditioned system.

 

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• Registration of warranty is made at the time of purchase.
• The system has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified, or sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.
• Defect or damage to the system has not resulted from use of accessories or parts that are inappropriate for normal operation of the system, or that are not designed for use with it.
• The system has not been used for trade or rental purposes.
• The Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, insurance, and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit.

 

Your limited warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear caused by use in accordance with operating instructions.
• Unauthorized/improper maintenance/ handling or overload is excluded from this warranty as are accessories such as batteries.
• The computer and printer as these are under manufacturer warranty. 

 

For warranty claims, please contact Quick Align at contact@quick-align.com to receive a Warranty Claim Form and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Replacement systems do not come with a new warranty. The warranty will continue from the original date of purchase.
